There must be some, even in Wellesley (which is a pretty walkable and bikeable town with three commuter rail stops, plus some Metro-West bus service)

When I lived in Melrose I lived in an apartment building that did not have curbside recycling even though the city does. Had to bring it myself to the City yard. Smelled AWESOME in the Summer :(

Wesley is know for it's elite swap area at the recycle center. Have a boat you're not using anymore? Just drop it off and someone may find a use for it.

A person actually did score a run about zodiac there years ago for free complete with motor. Perfect tender for your sailboat.
