DA: No foul play in weekend drowning in the Charles

A 27-year-old Cambridge man whose body was recovered from the Charles River near the Mass. Ave. Bridge Saturday morning wasn't pushed, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.

Witness statements, video footage, and other evidence indicate that his death on Saturday morning was not the result of foul play.

The DA's office adds it came to the same conclusion about the death of a 32-year-old Malden man who "exited his vehicle on Route 93 northbound in Charlestown and went over the guardrail on the afternoon of March 14."
