Roslindale bank-robbery suspect is just 17 - and a local kid

Boston Police report the suspect nabbed for yesterday's Cooperative Bank holdup was just 17.

Police add he is a Roslindale resident, which might explain how he ended up on Roslindale Avenue near Haslet, since that's not a place somebody unfamiliar with the neighborhood would probably wind up at.

He's scheduled for arraignment in West Roxbury court as a juvenile - so no name released - on a charge of unarmed bank robbery.

I wonder if they are liking this kid for the last robbery in Feb? Glad he is off our neighborhood streets. Good collar BPD!
