State Police say man who sped away from Quincy traffic stop crashed, rolled car, died

State Police report a man speeding away from a traffic stop on Quincy Shore Drive around 9 tonight sideswiped one car, crashed into another and then rolled over the seawall onto the beach, where the driver died and his passenger was seriously injured.

The passenger was taken to a Boston hospital for care, as was the driver of the car the man hit, State Police say, adding both are expected to survive.
