That's where my<a href="http://tinyurl.com/28qtwc" class="bb-url"> "21st century disaster tips you WON'T hear from officials,"</a> about using Twitter "Tweets" rather than voice calls on your cell (the WORST thing you can do because of the bandwidth required and likelihood you won't get through), downloading free software to create an ad hoc neighborhood WiFi network, etc. -- can really save the day.
