The House joint resolution (<a target="_blank" href="http://www.congress.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d109:H.J.Res.10:">H.J. Res. 10</a>, 108 sponsors) was introduced on March 2, and the Senate (<a target="_blank" href="http://www.congress.gov/cgi-bin/bdquerytr/z?d109:SJ00012:">S.J. Res. 12</a>, 51 sponsors) on April 14.</p> <p>From <a href="http://www.aclu-mass.org/cltf/cltf_update/2005-04-22.htm" target="_blank">Mass.
