It was the best two and half minutes I've ever spent on the T and not a single person in that car was unhappy. I almost missed my stop so I could keep listening. Also, thank you @ellebelle93 for figuring out who they are!

Waiting until people are trapped in a subway car to start singing a capella music at them is not cool. Singing on the platform is fine because people can walk away, but to force people to listen to your music in a small space is really a jerk move.

I'm pleased I won't have to hear the two Princeton guys on "The Amazing Race" anymore.

...that must have been absolute torture.

Normally a redline rider would only have to deal with kids blasting crap music out of their iPhone and the occasional heroin addict nodding off on their shoulder, but this is just TOO much.

/sarcasm

For real though, that girl in the lead has got some pipes.

Oh please - with all the other things one is forced to put up with while 'trapped' on the red line - ripe body odor, explicit conversation, ear-popping track noise - you're going to gripe about talented young people singing a beautiful 2 1/2 minute song? What a CRANK!

I say *more* al fresco a cappella! Three cheers for sQ!

The T is a miserable experience. We're like prisoners, we just want to be left alone to do our time. Now where are the guards to administer beatdowns on these college tourists?

Again, there are tons of places to sing without forcing people to listen to you. This seems like a big 'look at meeeeeee' thing to do. Why pick one of the few spots where your audience has no choice? Why not sing on the platform or Davis Square or Harvard Yard (you know, al fresco places, vs. small underground aluminum tubes)? I guess it is a rare treat to hear music that most people would pay top dollar to see in concert. Oh wait...

I'm sorry for having subjected you to such a painful experience. Singing on the T was one of the most fun things I've ever done.

At least they didn't go around asking for change afterwards.

I wish I was on the T that day! I don't understand what the fuss is. Plug in your earphones if you don't want to listen!
