Probably a lose-lose situation for the driver. He gets in trouble when his bus is late, he gets in trouble when he yells at people for blocking intersections.

Anyone who lives in the city can probably agree blocked intersections are the worst. It either holds up the bus you're waiting for, clogs up your commute if you're driving, or provides a symphony of car horns as an assault on your ears.
