Man shot near Ruggles, not very cooperative with police

Brian D'Amico reports police found somebody shot in the 1000 block of Tremont Street around 8 p.m. Boston and Northeastern police responded, guy was taken to the hospital conscious, but unwilling to talk, a possible perp fled toward Mission Hill.
