Woman hit from behind in Charlestown so hard she falls to ground and loses consciousness

Boston Police report a 26-year-old woman walking on Lawrence Street Wednesday night blacked out when hit by "a strong blow from behind":

Upon regaining consciousness, she ran to her home, where she blacked out again. Friends awoke her at approximately 4:00AM and transported her to Massachusetts General Hospital. Officers returned to the area of the attack, where they discovered a sweater belonging to the victim.

To me it sounds like a young woman was jumped and knocked out cold, had her top removed and who knows what else, finally regained partial conciousness and stumbled home. She probably left some text or voice msg so incoherent that her friends were compelled to go to her in the deepest part of the night and take her to the hospital.

Mayhem, go crawl back under your rock. You can rest easy knowing that you've been able to say something crappy and cynical enough that someone else in the universe noticed you for a moment and bothered to reply. You exist - hurrah!
