He's a tough SOB. Eventually got back up and continued playing. Easily could have taken today off and he's out there again!

If you watch the slow-mo replay, he doesn't lift his leg up until right after the hit. So in this pic, that ball's not coming towards him - it's bouncing off of him. This shot captures the briefest of moments between Napoli getting hit in the knee and Napoli realizing that he got hit in the knee; hell of a photo there, buddy.
