said everyone instantly on seeing this.

For real though, no Penguin Pizza?

They have Soulfire instead...do they even serve alcohol?

"Does Penguin Pizza serve alcohol..." Look at this guy.

Of COURSE Penquin Pizza has beer. I meant, does Soulfire serve alcohol? If not, then they (Soulfire) shouldn't have been on the map.

This map disappoints me. No Penguin Pizza. No Doyles. Not even the Drinking Fountain. WTF?!

This will be perfect for our Uhub Orange Line Pub Crawl...

Macumba Latina is a night club right at the Mattapan stop. But I guess that's too icky for the Thrillist to actually venture out to.

Also, the White Horse Tavern is about as close to Packard's Corner as the Silhouette is from the Allston St stop...but one gets the mention and the other doesn't?

This map is weaksauce.

Lack of Blue Line bars is embarrassing. You can't ignore a huge part of the metro area.

Airport: Kelly Square Pub

Orient Heights: Victory Pub

Suffolk Downs: Napoles

Beachmont: Luigis

Wonderland: since the legendary Cove is now closed we'll have to go with... Club Lido? Maybe we can double back to Revere Beach and hit up Buster Bar.

What about the Shipwreck Lounge on Revere Beach? Is that still there?

They already had bill ash's listed for revere beach. but the doubling back would bring us closer to The Chamness aka Buster Bar

The Victory has been gone from Orient Heights for almost 6 months now.

Coco's Lounge for Green St (2nd to last stop on the Orange Line right before Forest hills)? Really? It is nowhere near the Green St station, closer to Stony Brook. What about Doyle's for Green St? It seems like Doyle's would be the obvious choice, but the Midway Cafe and even the Drinking Fountain would also be ok.

Coco's Lounge instead of Doyle's, James' Gate, the Jeannie Johnston, THe Drinking Fountain, or The Haven? COCO'S GODDAMNED LOUNGE?

Who do I fight and where do I fight him?

The Coco's gaffe aside, how about no mention of the Dogwood for Forest Hills? If you are starting there, you need food. None of that at the Fireside.

The Orange Line crawl looks pretty meh when you compare it to the C Line through Brookline. I love JP, but a crawl that includes the Regal Beagle, Washington Square Tavern, and Mary Ann's is tough to beat.

If I were crawling, I'd rather go to Hops'n'Scotch where the beer and whisky selection is more vast than the Beagle. The Beagle wins on cocktails and food though. H'n'S is also closer to the T stop than the Beagle is.

The late great Paul Joyce posted an epic-length list of bars near the Orange Line, at some point in the last few years. I can't seem to find it right now though. Maybe someone else has it?
