By adamg on Thu, 05/15/2014 - 8:24pm
Sunglass Hut, 86 Newbury St., was held up around 8:15 p.m. by a man who showed a clerk a knife - and then walked out with a single pair of sunglasses.
He's described as black, mid-40s, about 5'6" and 160 lbs. He wore a gray sweatshirt and was last seen sauntering towards Boylston Street holding a brown paper bag.

Sunglass Hut are the real
Sunglass Hut are the real robbers!
10 dollars to made that product that's sold for 180 stolen from their store.
Guess what?
No one is forcing you to buy their product. That's not robbery. It's good marketing. If you are still mad, throw away your iPhone and iPad. The mark ups are the same, yet I haven't heard of anyone throwing themselves off of the Luxottica factory roof.
I'm not mad, I just wish I
I'm not mad, I just wish I was the person that thought of charging people at least 15 times more for sunglasses. Have you ever seen the mansion the sunglass hut CEO's own, insane.
I will be the first to admit, I like the quality build of a nice pair of sunglasses. They last me many many years of abuse.
I love my $200 sun glasses and I'm tired of
hearing about the plight of those third World world kids working in sweat shops. If they can't get by on $7 a year then its their own fault. Maybe if they save up and buy Rush Limbaugh or Mike Huckabee's books they'd learn that hard work will get them out of poverty.
I wear My Sunglasses at night so I can't see the price LOL!
