Isn't the Seaport under State Police jurisdiction?

Waterfront."

I think Northern Ave and Seaport Blvd are BPD (South Boston), not State Police. Maybe Staties have jurisdiction over the working shipyards.

The Captain better get use to it. More liquor licenses down there is going to lead to more troubles. All the suburban frat boys who come to the City act like assholes when they're drunk.

....but what are Suburban Frat Boys, really? Dudes from Lassell College coming in to raise hell?

Maybe I'm naive, but I will never understand how alcohol results in people becoming violent. The worst thing I've ever experienced from being drunk is thinking everything is funny, and a not so funny hangover in the morning. Then again, when I drink, it's with friends and socially, not to get blackout, college-level drunk. Either way, I don't get it. It's just sad that someone needs to drink that much in the first place.

From what I've heard alcohol brings out your true personality. So if you're if you're normally the jovial type you'll probably be the loud drunk with the obnoxious laughter. OTH if you have anger issues alcohol is going to bring out the violent side of you.

Clearly you aren't drinking the right stuff, or the right amount.
