Oh, just super: When handymen snap

Boston Police charge a maintenance worker at an Allston apartment building broke into an apartment and then challenged its occupants - and other tenants of the building - to settle things once and for all.

Police say they were called to 65 Franklin St. around 3:30 yesterday afternoon, when the worker allegedly kicked in the door of an apartment while the tenant was giving her baby a bath:

The victim stated that when she confronted the suspect in her living room, he started screaming at her calling her derogatory names. The victim's husband hearing the commotion came out of the bedroom and a verbal argument ensued between the two. The suspect, after that, left the apartment and while walking through the hallway kept yelling and challenging tenants to come outside, fight him and settle their issues.

Timothy Hann, 31, of Allston, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime.
