Meteor flashes above our heads - a green meteor

First word came from the Tokist, around 9:30 p.m.:

Anyone else catch that meteor heading north in the Boston & points north area?

Ted Reichman saw it south of Boston. Somebody way west of Worcester saw it, as did somebody even westier than that.

International Space Station or Orioles home run?

Probably not, the former because that was 45 minutes after the ISS pass over Boston, the latter because, well, you know.

Idlewild adds:

My lyft driver saw it, pointed it out to me about thirty seconds too late for me to see it. He said it was green.

Green? Oh, that's not good.
