Roslindale father and son face variety of gun, drug charges

Boston Police report officers who'd had their eye on Harold Curet, Sr. raided his apartment at 158 Fawndale Rd. in Roslindale Friday morning, and found enough drugs, guns and ammo to arrest both him and Harold Curet, Jr.

Senior, 55, will be arraigned in West Roxbury Municipal Court on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and possession of Class E drugs with intent to distribute. He was also charged as an armed career criminal, which will mean tougher sentences on the other charges if he is convicted.

Junior, 38, was charged with unlawful possession of ammunition and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Police say their search yielded "large amounts of various Class E Drugs," seven medium bags of pot, a small amount of heroin, a loaded .32-caliber H&R revolver and 95 total rounds of ammunition.

Innocent, etc.

Let's see how long this fine Rozzie gent gets for being an armed career criminal in possession of a firearm. Massachusetts' tough gun laws should yeild overwhelming penalties for those who break the. I won't hold my breath though.
