Now that they're done tearing down bars, South Boston developers turn to gas stations

Developers are proposing to tear down a Gulf station at West Broadway and A Street to put up a 65-unit residential building.

In addition to residences, developers Michael Moore and Patrick Costello also proposed first-floor commercial space, some "community-use" space and 64 garage parking spaces, in a "letter of intent" filed with the BPDA last week.
