Woman's death in Revere deemed suspicious; authorities seek help

Authorities are asking for tips related to the death of Vanessa MacCormack, 30, in a Grand View Avenue home yesterday afternoon.
According to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office:
A preliminary examination revealed signs of trauma on the body and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of her death.
Anyone with information about her death or who noticed anything - such as people and cars - on Grand View Avenue yesterday can contact Revere Police at 781-286-8340 or State Police at 617-727-8817.

The Usual Suspects up there
There is a large scale drug and prostitution outfit there that has operated with impunity for a long time. This is the no mans land known as North Revere, which is separated from from the rest by the marshes. To get there you have to drive through Malden or Saugus and the city and its PD have never paid it much attention.
