Why don't you have 'butts' in the B section. Now that I live in Virginia nobody knows what I mean when I say "I need a butt!(cigarette)".

I work at Cumby's... We spell it with a y... Anyway I've worked their for ova a year... An add-on to this one is the Cumby's Crew, meaning everyone who works there or hangs out there all the time... Our Cumby's Crew consists of the majority of employees who are mostly college students who work there and sometimes live there and our friends who have no lives and hang there...

I grew up in Nashua NH and went to school in Vermont. We trained everyone who came from out of New Englad to go to "Cumbie's" because nothing else was open past 9 PM!

I think it's assumed that most of these words and phrases exist outside of Boston. They just don't usually reach the fringes of New England, like that gawdawful Fairfield County wasteland here in Connecticut or the wicked Canuck parts of Maine.

By the way, for the reckahd: New Haven and anything southwest of it ain't New England.
