Roslindale youth charged with stealing Civic after fight at a traffic light.

Victim said he was stopped at light, got into vebal fight with two males crossing the street. One threw plastic bottle at him; he got out, the alleged perp jumped in his car and drove away - eventually smashing into a Boston Police tow truck on Frontage Road.
