Man charged with killing wife

Whitney Baskin, 46, charged with the crime.

Police arrested Baskin Sunday morning, after he allegedly smashed into several cars at Condor and Meridian and was charged with operating under the influence. Baskin convicted of second-degree murder.

I'm very sorry to hear what happened to velveena I knew both of them they were very close friends to my mother when we lived there. I never would of thought he would be capable of murder.
