Two people grazed by bullets

Man, 19, grazed in forehead by bullet as he leaves grandmother's house. He's then chased by shooters, who fire more bullets, injuring a woman, 17, as she's leaving a residence. Time not given in police report.

Both taken to local hospitals for treatment.
