Jaziel Ponce, 23 months, taken to Boston Medical Center in cardiac arrest; pronounced dead. Cause of death ruled blunt trauma. Time not given in police report.

Daniel Santana, 28, of Dorchester, pleaded guilty on April 18, 2008 to involuntary manslaughter and drug possession.
