Herman.....what can i say. everytime we spent time 2gether you always found a way to make me smile. you helped me improve my skills in basketball. the one time i would never for get is when we planed to take Izzy out to the movies for his birthday but he was grounded! lol and you just smiled and told him, " we will let you know how the movie was." The days that we stood at the corner waiting for the school bus to RPC and the times we spend playing fun games couldnt have been any fun with out you. I am going to miss you so much...you will always be in my heart. May you rest in Peace

I run the South End Baseball League where Herman spent many years as a hard working baseball player and a true team player. He was a quiet kid but still made many friends throughout the league. My true memory of his years with us was the dedication of his mom Sarah. Mrs. T would come to every game and cheer for both teams and always had a kind word for me and our program. My thoughts are with you.. I dont know what to say except I love you.

I went to high school with Herman and he was one of the nicest kids i've ever known. I'll miss his infectious smile and the way he cared about everyone he came in contact with. RIP Herman.

Miss You,
I miss your golden colored skin.
I miss your deep brown eyes, and your vigorous smile.
I miss when you touch my nose or rub my earlobes,
As you're going off to explore the world, assuring me
You got it. (That everything; is alright)
I miss your voice and the bounce, bounce, bounce of your
Basketball
I miss your footsteps walking down the hall
I miss our debates on how thing should be.
I miss the music that I now hear but it’s now your voice.
I miss all the dances we shard.
I will miss watching you worrying about a friend.
I miss the many times you told me you where listening, as I thought you
Where blowing me off with a kiss on my cheek.
Quoted by; John Quincy Adams.
”If your action inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more
And become more, you are a leader."
Herman my dear son, the 18 years we shared It will never be forgotten
You’re my heart, my soul and the air I breathe.
I loved knowing you, and that we will meet again
Love for evermore

Hey Boo,
It has been a hard year without seeing that million dollar smile. Your father and I still feel your presents and your friends have been supportive in the attempt of taking back our neighborhood. Sending young youth to sport camps, I would like to send a little more each year.
Your half court memorial was beautiful, as well as the Peach March/Rely know you would enjoy knowing you are continuing to contrubute, faith, hope and love in your community.
However, there is still a lot of work to do, as many are tired of losing a love to violence and those that have not; are helping in the search for change before they become a victim. If one mine can change and believe in your seven principles, our young youths can stand a chance.
We still need your strength to delivery the message "the physical and mental power that makes a person or persons to be strong in striving for life". I miss you deeply.
Love
Mon & Dad
