This is my friends son and it is a terriable tragedy this should of never happened no mother should never hafe to bury their child and my heart and deepest sympathy goes out to the family.I dont understand what this world is coming too where people think their god and can take people out the world when they want to.

What are you all going to do about this? Sit around and fling four-letter words at each other, get guns and keep shooting? What is this gang culture and why is it so popular? Why is it so great to keep calling each other niggas and other pejorative terms? Why did this child and so many other have to die--because someone looked at someone else the wrong way? Why is this gang culture acceptable? The Ku Klux Clan is a gang. Nazis were a gang. Are these acceptable? So why is Heath Street or Bloods or Crips acceptable? Come on, people, WE NEED TO TAKE BACK THE STREETS!!! It is up to US, NOT THE POLICE!!! While we mourn for this young man, we also need to mourn for the people who think this kind of violence is the norm, the ones who have thrown their lives away, who will end up with wasted lives in jail, being sexually abused by other inmates, or worse. It breaks my heart to see these young people with so much potential, so much life inside of them, be deflated by this level of violence. And we worry about the legacy of Columbine or Virginia Tech? This is far worse, since it seems to be day-to-day, rather than a one-time incident.

Tell me again that no child is left behind, Mr. Bush...Take a trip to the streets of Dorchester or Roxbury...

I knew terrance "terra" when he was younger. He was always on my street chilling at his grandma's house. He was such a good kid he showed respect to his elders and he would help us if we needed his help. 3 days before my senior prom he was killed. I kept thinking about him, never in a million years would I have thought the last time I would see him would be in a casket. I hear these teenagers talking about ni**a this and ni**a that, do they realize that nigga and nigger are both terms used to belittle black people. It doesn't matter how you spell it or how you pronounce it, it is a disappoitment for me to hear people talk like that and it should be a dissapoitment for anyone to talk like that. Young kids need to educate themselves and stop this violence, because violence just begins more violence. Take terra's death as a hit to your heart, never forget about him, but live your life for him keep his memory alive, but also get your education so you can make money and get the hell up out of Boston cause this is no way to live, in fear for your life. Please if you know something about who did this to Terra say something, it's not snitchin it's saying something so that this murderer is not given another oppurtunity to end the life of another bright young person.
