Cops may read this site (or they may not; I don't know), but I'm the person who set it up and runs it and I'm not a cop. To be honest, when I set it up, I never dreamed it would become the sort of online memorial it has, but if posting here helps folks who knew and loved people murdered in Boston, then it's worth it.
