Count your blessing Boston but don't sit on your laurels. Your murder rate ain't that bad compared to other cities. Believe me when I tell you that it will get worse if you don't stand up and take action. My town, Baltimore (a similar sized city), is a perfect example of what can happen when law and order breaks down.
