Charged with attempted kidnapping

Two charged with pulling knife on pedestrian, trying to get her into their car.

Terrance Fulgham, 26, of Dorchester and Stephen Njeru, 32, of Gardener and charged both with Attempted Kidnapping while Armed, Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon (knife), Intent to Rob while Armed.
