Evicted from restaurant for arguing, they returned with a gun, knife.
Joel Santana, 24, of Hyde Park charged with Unlawful Possession of Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon: Firearm, suspect, Haydee J. Garcia, 30, of Hyde Park charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Being Licensed, Failure to Stop for Police and cited for Open Container of Alcohol, and suspect Melvin Rodriguez, 28, of Mattapan charged with Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon: knife and Possession of a Knife with a Blade in excess of 2.5 inches.
