This is Dorchester, Uphams
This is Dorchester, Uphams Corner, Adam.
Thanks
That's what I figured, but my knowledge of the line between the two is fuzzy at best, and the Globe said Roxbury, so I figured I'd ask.
Dorchester/Roxbury Border
If I recall correctly the historic Roxbury/Dorchester border is around Brook Avenue, which is a few blocks towards Dudley Square past the commuter rail overpass in Uphams Corner.
Very much Dorchester
It's close to the line, but the zip code is 02125 which is Dorchester. Uphams Corner itself is definitely Dorchester and most people view the delineation between Roxbury and Dorchester as the Commuter Rail line.

Zips and dividing lines
Not to muddy the waters, but zips aren't always the best guide. My zip was 02126 when living in Lower Mills. That's the Mattapan Post Office. However, maps clearly showed my street to be in Dorchester.

Same here. I definately live
Same here. I definately live in Dorchester on the map (south of Columbia, east of Washington), but the post office for my zip is Grove Hall / Roxbury. I find it weird and confusing.
Upham's Corner is in the
Upham's Corner is in the Town of Dorchester.
I think the west side of Columbia Road is BPD Area B-2, though. So Humphreys Street is B-2
The boundary between City Council District 3 (Feeney) and 7 (Turner) is there, too, and Humphreys Street is in Turner's District.
The city has been drawing boundaries based on race for years, like the BRA's weird North/South Dorchester planning districts, which were more like West/East Dorchester geographically.
All of these city districts correspond to "Where the black people live/Where (some) white people live" more than anything else, but they account for a lot of the confusion on the town border, as lots of people apply these districts over the old town boundaries.
