Man lets it all hang out in West Roxbury
Boston Police report arresting a Westie man on charges he exposed himself to a woman and her three kids at the MBTA commuter-rail stop off LaGrange Street shortly before 8 p.m. yesterday:
... The victim reported to officers that she and her three children arrived at the station to pick up her husband when she observed the suspect standing on the platform. The victim then stated to officers that the suspect apparently intentionally positioned himself in a clear full frontal view of the victim, and made eye contact with her. The suspect, after making eye contact with the victim, unzipped his pants, and exposed himself.
After having engaged in this behavior, the suspect attempted to flee when he was stopped by a witness who detained him until police arrival. The suspect, once stopped by the police, stated that he was trying to urinate and apologized for his behavior. The suspect was observed to have bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol about him. ...
Ed. restroom note: DeNo's Pizza on Centre Street, about a block from the station, has publicly accessible restrooms. And the men's room at the Corrib Pub, also about a block from the station, is easily accessible from the street - just go in the LaGrange Street entrance and there is is.

Like the local ice cream place says "restroom for customer only".

What local ice cream place? There isn't one, at least, not yet (and even when there is, it'll be closer to the Highland stop than this one - and Highland is right next to Roche Bros., which also has restrooms). There is, however, a large liquor store right down the street. As for DeNo's and the Corrib, while I can see DeNo's refusing restroom service to somebody who's obviously drunk (you have to walk by the counter to get to it), you can be into the men's room at the Corrib without anybody noticing (the women's room is more problematic - you have to walk right by the hostess station and through one of the dining rooms, but we're talking about an allegedly drunk guy here).
As for the "station," it's a shelter with a parking lot (just like the other two stops in West Roxbury).
