Following arraignment of Roslindale teen on charges he ran over woman while drag racing down Hyde Park Ave.

Miguel Soto, 23, of Jamaica Plain, Kenneth Ortiz, 29, of Boston, Luis Pena, 18, of Jamaica Plain all charged with Assault & Battery and Being a Disorderly Person. Officers also arrested Ilya Vodovzov, 20, of West Roxbury and charged him with Being a Disorderly Person, Disturbing the Peace and Refusing to Submit to a Lawful Request.
