Boy caught in thug crossfire

Boy, 7, playing outside when thug on bike and thugs in car opened fire on each other. Boy expected to survive; driver injured, passenger arrested.

Kenny Francois, 18, of Hyde Park, charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
