Found lying in driveway; taken to Boston Medical Center in serious condition.

William Terrell Hart, 22, of Brockton charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Aggravated Assault, Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, and Unlawfully Carrying a Loaded Firearm on a Public Way.
