Two more alleged bicycle thieves nabbed in the North End

Boston Police report arresting a Roxbury dude and a Dorchester teenager around 10:40 p.m. yesterday on charges they stole a pair of mountain bikes from Charter and Michelangelo streets. Police say the pair were caught on the bikes, and that witnesses had reported seeing them on foot earlier in the evening. Unlike Tuesday's alleged North End bike thief, they did not attempt to escape by jumping into the harbor.
