Eric Parson, 17, possible target. Larelle Pratt, 19, is charged with assault with intent to murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, being an armed career criminal (level 1) and operating after revocation or suspension.

This has got to stop. THe fact that a 4 year old was shot is absolutely un-nerving. The fact that a 17 year old was shot is un-nerving. The ignorance of the generation coming up is absolutely out of control.
