Cop impersonator stopped before he can rape woman

Police arrived after he'd forced woman into playground but before he could rape her.

Royal Smith, 23, of Roxbury and charged him with Armed Robbery, Attempted Kidnapping, Attempted Sexual Assault, and Impersonating a Police Officer.
