Man shot to death, school locked down in Dorchester

Boston Police tweet a man was shot at Bowdoin and Westville streets in Dorchester this morning. He has since died. The Globe reports the Marshall School went into lockdown mode as police looked for the shooter.

Boston Police report he was Phillip Jackson, 27, of Boston and that he was shot repeatedly.
