Whoever lives at 35 Bellevue Hill Rd. in West Roxbury probably shouldn't order a pizza any time soon

Boston Police have alerted West Roxbury pizza places that they need to dial Area E-5 detectives (617-343-4566) if they get any delivery requests from that address, following a robbery on Saturday:

The victim stated to police that 2 white males and 1 black male, all dressed in black wearing black ski masks, approached him in a threatening manner displaying knives. They demanded the victim give them his wallet and the pizza. The victim complied with the demands and the suspects fled from the scene on foot towards Washington St. Investigation revealed that the order for the pizza was not placed by anyone residing at the above listed address.

Doesn't say if

they came at him from the actual house, bushes - curious.

Well, the owners may not be related to the perps in question (Innocent, etc.), but maybe someone there is upset that, at that rather nice address, the putative $210,000 in increased equity "made" from 2000-2007 has gone down by $57,000.
