Boston Police tweet the Dunkin' Donuts at Hyde Park Avenue and Walk Hill Street was robbed at gunpoint around 5 a.m.

I think most cops take it personally when the people they know and see every day - people who know them and how they take their coffee - are held up at gunpoint.

That never would have happened when it was still the Dough Boy — open 24 hours and always patrol cars in the lot. Dunkin' doesn't have the muscle.
