Three arrested for Jamaica Plain double shooting

Boston Police report three arrests in connection with an April 28 shooting at 367 Centre St..

Edwin Toledo, 26, Juan Guzman, 30 and Nelson Baez, 28, were all charged tonight with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm on a public way, possession of a firearm with large capacity ammunition feeding device and possession with intent to distribute of a class B drug.

Police say that around 9:30 on April 28, the three fired at two people, both of whom survived their injuries. Thanks to witnesses, police were able to track down a white van seen leaving the area at a high rate of speed and, after securing a search warrant, observed and seized a loaded firearm, ammunition and an undisclosed amount of drugs.
