Motionless body found in South End room

UPDATE: Medical examiner declares death homicide by multiple stab wounds.
Boston Police report the discovery of a man's body at 1740 Washington St., near Mass. Ave., around 8 p.m. on Wednesday:
Upon entering the room, officers located and observed a male, suffering from what appeared to be some degree of trauma, lying motionless on his back.

I was wondering what that was...
I walked by there on my way to the gym last night, just as the ambulance and an unmarked cruiser were arriving. They were still there an over an hour later when I was going home. I assumed it was a drug bust or maybe some sort of hold up at one of the restaurants there...
