Man beaten up in possible anti-Chelsea gang attack in East Boston
A man walking down Meridian Street not far from the bridge to Chelsea on Sunday evening told police he was attacked by five to six Hispanic males in their late teens who'd been following him for awhile, District A-7 reports:
The victim turned off the sidewalk and faced the group with his back against a wall, afraid of being hurt or robbed. One of the suspects in the group began to strike the victim in the face with closed fists. The other suspects then joined in and began punching the victim with closed fists to his face and body. The victim's phone (T mobile sidekick) fell to the ground while he was being struck. The phone was picked-up/stolen by one of the suspects while he was being struck. One of the suspects stated "this is our territory; you're from Chelsea you don't belong here". The victim also stated every time he passes by this group of males they are always harassing him. The victim also stated the group thinks he is affiliated with the gang MS-13.

The Wild West in East Boston
That's 3 incidents (picked up here alone) since Sunday in a less than 1-sq-mile area.
Yeah, this doesn't sound good.
I used to bike over there and shoot photos of the Chelsea Creek. Now I don't really feel like doing that.
Sanctuary State
East Boston is now part of El Salvador. Get used to it.
