The Herald reports police found the man Friday afternoon in a Highland Street triple-decker, tied to a bload-soaked mattress with electrical cords, duct tape, rope and belts.

This kind of thing isn't supposed to happen in our neighborhoods. It's just depressing hearing people like this exist anywhere near this city.
