District A-7 reports that when police stopped a car at Prescott and Bennington streets shortly after midnight on Sept. 5, and the occupants seemed excessively fidgety, officers called in backup and then started inspecting the car - in which they found the three items. Two teens were arrested on illegal weapons charges.
