Police: Teen arrested with loaded gun after pulling it on kid waiting for school bus in Dorchester

Boston Police report arresting a Dorchester teen after he allegedly pointed a loaded gun at a kid waiting for a bus on Columbia Road this morning and then fled when officers spotted him.

Devante M. Phillips, 17, was arrested at Dudley and Alexander streets after "a vigorous and violent struggle" and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm and resisting arrest.
