Armed robbery in front of Hyde Park home

Boston Police tweet somebody was held up at gunpoint around noon today in front of 106 Faraday St. in Hyde Park. No injuries.

I live on this street and know the occupants. The resident at the address witnessed 3 young kids trying to steal recently delivered packages on her front porch. She scared them off and called the police. How this story turned into an armed robbery is beyond me. Sometimes people trump up a story to get the cops to respond quicker, but we never had a police response issue.
