Thank you for running this information

It's difficult to find reports on this kind of crime. It's even left out of the Police Blotter of the JP Gazette. It doesn't help women to hide these crimes.

What does "indecently attacked" mean?

I'm not sure what this is a euphemism for, or whose sensibilities it's supposed to be protecting.

Its means a sexual assault

Or more specifically its when someone touches another persons breasts, genitials or butt.

How much detail do you need

How much detail do you need to get the picture? More than a handshake, less than a rape. If it gets to court, the details will come out.

Not helpful

I'm not asking for grisly details. Is this guy a flasher? Did he grab someone? That's relevant to what people should be on the alert for.

flashing is not indecent assault...

it is essentially "open and gross lewdness", which is a very different crime.

indecent assault, in mass, is not totally defined but usually involves contact that is "fundamentally offensive to contemporary moral values" (from Commonwealth v. Perretti). so usually, as explained above, it's unwanted touching of the breasts, buttocks, or genitals.

so a decent guess is that the guy above is wanted for touching somebody where most people don't want to be touched by a total stranger.

Be alert? By the time it

Be alert? By the time it happens, you know. These guys don't come with labels.
