Woman runs away from mugger - right into his partner, who punches her in the face

District C-6 reports a woman was walking at Dorchester Avenue and Howell Street around 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 3 when a Hispanic teen on a cell phone came up to her. She started to run:

The victim was then punched in the face by a second BM 18 years that came from Howell St. Suspect stole the victim’s handbag containing $12USC and fled on Dorchester Ave onto Mt Vernon St.
